Technical approach

Implemented with Go on the backend and Next.js on the frontend to support marketplace workflows, shift feeds, and role-separated experiences. Concurrency protection around shift claiming is treated as a product requirement, not a marketing flourish. Compliance certification, payment maturity, and clinical claims are excluded from public copy unless verified.

Challenges

Coordinating multiple roles (providers, organisations, families, admins); keeping matching and claiming behaviour coherent under concurrent use; and avoiding regulatory overclaim in a sensitive care domain.
