Services

Maintenance, Infrastructure and Support

Keep production systems healthy after launch—fixes, improvements, monitoring, updates, and deliberate service reviews.

The problem

Launched products still need attention: bugs, dependency updates, security patches, infrastructure changes, performance work, and small enhancements. Without a support model, issues queue up until they become emergencies.

What we provide

Bug resolution, feature enhancement within agreed bounds, monitoring, backups, dependency updates, security patches, infrastructure support, incident response within agreed hours, performance improvement, analytics support, uptime reporting, service reviews, and disaster-recovery planning.

Outcome

A production system with a clear owner for operational health, a predictable path for fixes and improvements, and reporting that shows what was done—not vague “we’re watching the servers” promises.

Suitable for

Products already in production, teams without dedicated DevOps capacity, organisations that need a retainer after a build, and clients who want planned improvement rather than only emergency firefighting.

What’s included

  • Bug triage and resolution
  • Agreed feature enhancements
  • Monitoring and alerting setup or stewardship
  • Backup verification support
  • Dependency and framework updates
  • Security patching
  • Infrastructure support
  • Incident response within agreed coverage windows
  • Performance investigation and improvement
  • Analytics and reporting support

  • Disaster-recovery planning input

Deliverables

A support agreement with coverage hours and response expectations, a ticket or request channel, periodic service reports, and a backlog of improvements prioritised with the client.

Our approach

Support is scoped with coverage windows and priorities. We do not promise 24/7 coverage unless an explicit SLA and operational capacity exist. Serious incidents are handled with clear escalation, post-incident notes, and follow-up fixes.

FAQ

Common questions

Do you offer 24/7 support? +

Not by default. Coverage windows and response expectations are agreed in the support retainer. Round-the-clock support is only offered when capacity and an explicit SLA are in place.

Is support only for products you built? +

We prefer supporting systems we know well, but we can take on maintenance after a technical handover and assessment. Unknown systems start with a discovery or audit so risk is visible before a retainer begins.

Can support include new features? +

Small enhancements can sit inside a retainer when capacity allows. Larger features are scoped separately so support for stability is not crowded out by new product work.
